1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 98pak ("we", "us", "the platform"). By registering an account on 98pak, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any service offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand them, and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register or use 98pak. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. We strongly recommend checking this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

3. Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering on 98pak you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and any other details required at registration. You agree to keep this information updated. 98pak is not responsible for errors or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the player.

• All registration information must be accurate and match official identity documents
• Players must notify 98pak immediately if their contact details change
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access and use your 98pak account — is prohibited
• Corporate, business, or bot-operated accounts are not permitted

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pak username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 98pak support immediately via live chat or email at support@98pak.ws.

98pak will never ask for your full password through any channel. Phishing communications claiming to be from 98pak asking for your login credentials should be reported to us. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password for your 98pak account and enabling any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.

5. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 98pak are made and held exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though specific payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.

98pak does not charge any deposit fees. Any charges levied by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by us. Deposits are credited to your 98pak balance in real time for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within one business hour for bank transfers.

• All funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source may be held pending investigation

• Deposited funds that have never been wagered may be returned to the source payment method if requested before any play

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 98pak balance are processed to your registered payment method. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within five minutes of the request being submitted. IBFT bank transfers are processed within one business day. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes.

98pak does not charge withdrawal fees. You must withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you contact support to change your registered withdrawal method with appropriate verification. This anti-money-laundering control applies without exception.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers on 98pak are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The general bonus rules in this section apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. By claiming any bonus on 98pak, you agree to the wagering requirements and conditions attached to it.

The standard welcome bonus on 98pak matches 100% of your first deposit up to Rs 30,000. This bonus is credited automatically — no code is required. Before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the full wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement is the bonus amount multiplied by the stated multiplier. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 30,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per offer unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder — they are non-transferable

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 98pak are subject to the specific rules of the sport or market in question. In the case of conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence. The minimum bet on sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits are displayed on each market before the bet is placed and vary by match significance and market type.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 98pak reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without explanation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out or edit bet feature is explicitly available on that market.

• Void bets: stakes are returned for events that do not reach a definitive result where the minimum qualifying conditions are not met (e.g. rain-abandoned cricket matches)
• Obvious pricing errors: 98pak reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, regardless of whether the bet was accepted by the system
• In-play bets: accepted subject to market availability at the time of placement. Network delays on the player's side do not entitle refund claims on in-play bets
• Parlays and accumulators: if one selection is voided, that leg is removed and the remaining selections form the active bet at revised odds
• Duplicate bets from system malfunctions will be voided with stakes refunded

9. Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games and crash games on 98pak operate under independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. RTP figures for slots are published in the game information panel. Crash games including Aviator use provably fair cryptographic mechanics — the crash point for each round is committed to cryptographically before the round begins and can be verified after the fact.

98pak does not manipulate game outcomes. Technical malfunctions that affect game results in a way that cannot be determined will result in all stakes being refunded. Where a game result can be verified from server logs, that verified result stands regardless of what may have been displayed on the player's screen due to a connection interruption.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98pak and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: registering or operating more than one account in any form
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Bonus abuse: systematic exploitation of promotions through arbitrage betting, multi-accounting, or any other method designed to extract value from bonus offers without genuine play
• Fraud: chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, identity theft, or any other fraudulent financial activity
• Match-fixing or inside information: using non-public information or participating in fixed events
• Software exploitation: use of bots, automated betting tools, or any software designed to gain an advantage not available to regular players
• Money laundering: depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity

11. Account Suspension and Closure

98pak reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 98pak support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the registered withdrawal method provided the account is in good standing and wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met or the remaining bonus has been forfeited.

• Accounts closed for breach of Terms: balance may be forfeited, pending investigation outcome
• Voluntary account closures: real-money balance returned within five business days
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 months): 98pak may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 100 to the balance. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied
• Self-exclusion closures: permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the exclusion period

We will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance and to restore service as quickly as possible following unplanned disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to connectivity failures, platform errors subsequently corrected, or any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform for betting decisions.

• Maximum liability to any individual player is capped at the balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident
• 98pak is not liable for losses caused by a player's own internet connectivity issues during live in-play betting
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, government action, and widespread infrastructure failures — release 98pak from liability for service unavailability

16. Amendments to These Terms

98pak reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address held on file and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect 7 days after notification for existing players, and immediately for new registrations after the updated Terms are published.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of 98pak after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
