If a bet is voided — for example because a match is abandoned, a player does not take part, or there is a data error — the original stake is returned to your 98pak balance in full. In accumulators, a voided selection is treated as a non-runner and the remaining legs of the accumulator continue. Void bets are always processed within 24 hours of the event being confirmed as void.

Contact 98pak support immediately via live chat. Request that all active sessions are terminated on your account and that it is temporarily locked pending investigation. Change your password as soon as you regain access. If any unauthorised withdrawals have been processed, provide the support team with the dates and amounts — 98pak will investigate and work to recover funds where possible.
